The RFind Difference

RFind’s Tag to Tag™ communication technology uses trilateral targeting algorithms. This technology makes use of inexpensive active tags in the environment as the triangulation or reference points for the system (see diagram 2).

With tags talking to each other, it reduces the need for costly readers, so there is very little infrastructure required in the environment.

These rugged tags, economically priced for their unique functionality, are fully self-contained; they do not require any cabling—a truly wireless solution! The translucent housing will light up as a guide to the asset. The tags work best in harsh industrial environments where there are metals, wide open spaces, bandwidth conflicts, security issues and interfering radio frequency signals. It’s not dependent on WLAN/WiFi networks and integrates with other middleware or database systems.
